Embracing the Path of Care for Self and Others
Embark on a supportive journey of emotional care with Rachelle. Her approach integrates mind and body to guide you through the intricate landscape of your emotions and into deeper relationships with your body. This practice is inclusive of the state of the world around us, our inner state, and builds connectivity so that we can be seen and in turn, see others and the world around us.
Embodiment, Care, and Mindfulness
Deepen the practice of being with yourself. Together we uncover what is emergent in you, your mind and body. With over 18 years of dedicated Yoga study, practice, and teaching, Rachelle supports you at your pace in the journey of embodiment, mindfulness, and applying these skills in your life.
These practices become tools for self-discovery, self-love, and understanding. As we spend time with ourselves in practice, we cultivate trust and care, which in turn becomes a pillar for enduring, supporting, and being in the world.
Family counseling
Life can be complex. Balancing work, family, and bills while sustaining joy and centering meaning takes energy and effort.
Rachelle is committed to supporting families in complication, overwhelm, and hardship while honoring and nourishing ease, relief, and simplicity.
Whether it's developmental leaps, big feelings, dealing with major life transitions, grief, or navigating unknown territory, Rachelle provides compassionate support and tools to help families navigate these times together.
Rachelle has over 12 years of experience working with families and young children. Her experience in early childhood development and special education along with her commitment to seeing the strengths and worth of those she works with makes her an invaluable resource for families as they navigate a changing family system.
Community Care
We are only as well as the ecosystem we live within. We need each other, but sometimes being together is hard.
Rachelle works with families, communities, and teams and supports them through listening groups, mediation, peacekeeping circles, and one on one and group sessions.
Together, we identify shared dilemmas, intentions, roles and responsibilities, and motivations for change or not change.
We learn about and discuss our social and emotional responsibilities and how we can best support the whole while honoring and evolving ourselves.
Regulation techniques along with practices centering grace and forgiveness are practiced to weave a web of care for our community.
Two core tenants of this work are:
No one is disposable.
We call people in.
Rachelle works horizontally with communities, including all members in the process so the outcome looks and feels like the team she’s worked with. Rachelle works to de-platform herself as a siloed expert and facilitates community-based participation and outcomes.
