Practicing and Building Habits Together
That Help Us Live From Our Wise and Worthy Selves
To love and value our humanity and support others in doing the same
Somatic Therapy
Embracing the Path of Care for Self and Others
Somatic psychotherapy centers the body as a source of wisdom, memory, and resilience. Our work gently tends to how lived experience—personal, relational, and collective—is carried in the nervous system. Together, we slow down, listen, and make meaning of what is present, cultivating steadiness, capacity, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and in the world.
Embodiment, Care, and Mindfulness
This offering centers somatic movement and yoga therapy as primary pathways for nervous system regulation, resilience, and connection. Grounded in therapeutic, body-led practices, this work engages sensation, breath, posture, and movement rather than insight alone. The body becomes the site of inquiry, restoration, and change.
Through paced, relationally held movement practices, we cultivate steadiness, vitality, and trust within the body—capacities that support emotional regulation, relational presence, and engagement with the world from a less reactive, more resourced place. Over time, these embodied practices strengthen one’s ability to endure stress, remain connected, and respond with care and integrity.
While psychotherapy works primarily through reflection and relational dialogue, this offering centers therapeutic movement and embodied practice as the primary pathway for regulation, integration, and change.
This work is informed by over 18 years of dedicated yoga study, practice, teaching, and faculty leadership in yoga therapy and embodied care.
Perinatal Care for New Mothers
A refuge. A place for you to find relief and companionship in the postpartum phase of becoming.
If postpartum emotions are like the sea—sometimes calm, sometimes raging—this is the ground on which that sea can rest.
Together, we will make meaning of your experience and gently welcome you into this next phase of womanhood. We will center and honor the sacred aspects of this transformation, grieve what is changing or has been lost, and cultivate the capacity to sit with, witness, and endure what is new—both beautiful and terrifying.
This care unfolds through relational psychotherapy and body-based support, offering steadiness, witnessing, and practical grounding during the postpartum transition.
Community Care
To facilitate community-based care that centers dignity, shared responsibility, and regulation—strengthening belonging through shared regulation and collective participation.
Community care recognizes that our well-being is shaped by the systems and relationships we live within. This work supports families, teams, and communities through facilitated listening spaces, mediation, peacekeeping circles, and group sessions.
Together, we name shared dilemmas, clarify roles, responsibilities, expectations, and boundaries, and explore what supports change—or resistance to it—with care and honesty.
Grounded in nervous system regulation, vitality, and grace, this work strengthens collective capacity while honoring each person’s humanity.
Two guiding commitments shape this work: no one is disposable, and we call people in.
