Why rather than being compassionate and forgiving are we often aggravated by others?

How can we make the divide between ourselves and others more easily traversable?

Eash session will have an opening circle and will be facilitated in a way to hold and offer space to those who would like to share

A container will be created so that participants feel supported and know the boundaries and guidelines of honoring each other.
