Oftentimes, the impact of our discomfort does not register in our minds. When we talk about and feel into our discomfort and the collective discomfort, we can begin to care for parts of ourselves that have been cast away.

None of us can get away from discomfort, so rather than avoid it, let us welcome it.

Join me for an evening of discussion, activity, and practice where we will have the opportunity to identify and define discomfort for ourselves, call it up into our consciousness and our hearts, work with it, and end the evening with a practice that evokes reverence for this new relationship.
